Abstract
결론
외과적 노출과 교정적 견인에 의한 치료가 비현실적일 것으로 판단된 상악전치부 매복증례
에 대하여 자가치아이식술에 의한 치료를 시도한 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 치아의 자가이식은 이상적인 치료계획이 아니므로 적절한 증례분석을 통하여 그 적응증
의 선택에 신중을 기하여야 할 것이다.
2. 보존적인 외과시술을 시행함으로써 치주인대 및 인접 골조직에 대한 손상을 최소화하여
술후 합병증을 줄일 수 있을 것이다.
3. 자기이식 후에는 술후 근관치료, 지속적인 임상적, 방사선적 평가 등 장기적인 술후 관
리와 예후관찰이 뒤따라야 한다.
치아의 자가이식술이 대부된의 증례에서 첫선택이 될 수는 없으나, 앞으로 많은 연구와 실
험을 통하여 난점들을 극복해 나간다면 교정치료가 비현실적인 특수증례에 있어서 훌륭한
대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다.

The autotransplantation procedure were performed for the cases with impacted
maxillary anterior teeth, which were thought unrealistic by the treatment with surgical
exposure and orthodontic traction into the arches. The results were as follow :
1. As the treatment with autotransplantation is the last resort, the case indicated
should be selected cautiously by adequate case analysis.
2. In order to reduce postoperative complication, damages to periodontal ligaments and
adjacent bony structures should be minimized by conservative surgical procedures.
3. After autotransplantation procedures, postoperative endodonic treatment and
continuous follow-up check with clinical and radiographic examination should be
followed.
Although the autotransplantation procedure is not the treatment of choice in most
cases, it was thought to be a good alternative in certain cases when orthodontic
treatment is unrealistic with continuous study to overcome the handicaps.
